Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Carlos Lopez

Dr. Lopez is a 2005 graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He is originally from Long Island New York, and completed his general practitioner residency at SUNY Stony Brook in 2006. He is also a SPEAR-trained dentist, meaning that he assesses dental problems as they relate to patients’ underlying conditions, overall health, and health history. This detective work allows him to assess the true causes of his patients’ dental problems, not just treat them on the surface. With this information, he can educate his patients on how to prevent, restore, or avoid further complications in the future.

Dr. Mark Lamborn

Dr. Mark Lamborn was born in Edmonds, Washington but has lived all over the world including Mexico, Germany, and Holland. He attended the University of Nevada, Reno where he studied Nutritional Science and Spanish translation.

Shortly thereafter he headed to San Francisco where he acquired much more than his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry. Dr. Lamborn met his wife Paola in “the city” where they married.

Dr. J. Andrew Andrino

Born and raised in Arizona, Dr. Andrino is proud to serve the community he calls home. He earned his bachelor's degree in health sciences from Arizona State University, graduating with honors, before going on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the prestigious University of Washington School of Dentistry.

Dr. Andrino was inspired to pursue dentistry after witnessing firsthand how a restored smile can transform lives. He is especially passionate about emergency dentistry, finding great fulfillment in helping patients out of pain and restoring their comfort and confidence.

Outside the office, Dr. Andrino enjoys spending time with his wife and children, cheering them on at their soccer games. A true outdoorsman, he loves fishing, hunting, and exploring Arizona’s beautiful landscapes.

Dr. Austin Schmidt

Dr. Schmidt was raised in a very small town outside of West Des Moines, Iowa, with his 3 brothers. Dr. Schmidt first became interested in dentistry after going through several years of orthodontic treatment that helped show what kind of positive impact treatment can offer patients.

He completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Iowa State University in 2016, majoring in Biology and graduating Summa Cum Laude. He then continued his education at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2020 and enjoying the many aspects
